Aluminum Profiles
Aluminum Profiles play a massive role to many bathroom, kitchen and household amenities. Functionally, it acts as a stabilizer and/or a frame to secure large sheets of glass, metal or wood. In shower enclosures, cabinets, shelves, windows, patios and wardrobes, aluminum profiles are regularly used. As it is a highly visible constituent, the surface quality of Aluminum profiles are equally as important as its structural integrity. We manufacture a range of Aluminum profiles that satisfy high standards of structural specifications and surface specifications.
We commonly use high quality aluminum for our Aluminum Profiles which fits to the international standard of 6463-T6. It is the same grade of Aluminum as Aircraft-grade Aluminum containing more than 95% of pure aluminum. However, depending on the product and the situation, we provide the flexibility to work with other types of aluminum alloys as well. The thickness of our aluminum profiles can also be quite diverse, it is usually between 1.5mm to 6mm depending on our client’s design or its intended use.

We have our own Aluminum Extrusion tooling department, combined with our experienced technical engineering team and R&D department we have a countless range of aluminum profile designs for our clients to choose from. Moreover, customers are very welcome to work closely with our teams to develop their own aluminum profile designs for their own intended purposes.
As our aluminum profiles mostly cater for the bathroom, kitchen and household industries, surface quality is also another very important quality for our products. Our Aluminum profiles are all automatically polished and then anodized to provide a great surface quality. Furthermore, we offer a wide choice of gloss rates for our clients that what a metallic finish to their Aluminum Profiles. Our surface finish must be uniform in color with no blemishes. Moreover, for very high-quality Aluminum profiles, it is very welcome for our customers to require extra surface specifications for their aluminum profiles such as, no scratch marks or no visible polishing lines etc.
With our in-house, powder coating and wet painting facility we can also add a diverse range of colors and surface finishes to our Aluminum Handles.
It is common for our products to pass a 200hour neutral spray test, but clients can also adjust this specification to their liking.
