Production Facilities

JTI has invested diligently in targeted facilities and partners to bring improved value to the production chain. We source, evaluate, train and then if suitable invest in the correct facilities and partners.

 We hope to refine our production chain by investing in Specialist Facilities only, these facilities have to suit our company culture, size and have the ability to produce the High-Quality product we are producing. Furthermore, we must evaluate in detail whether these partners are able to enhance our production efficiency and decrease defect rates and further bring price competitiveness to our clients.

The main headquarters of JTI hardware is situated in Fo Shan, China. We have our own state of the art Zinc Alloy and Aluminum Die Casting Facility, our own Manual and Automated Polishing Facility and 2 warehousing and assembly facilities in Kai Ping. We also operate our own Plastic Injection Molding Facility and our own CNC machining and secondary processing Facility. 

One of JTI Hardware’s strengths is our surface quality, and a major contributor to this strength is having our own Spray Painting and Powder Coating facility which has been refined to deliver the very best surface quality the Guangdong region can offer at competitive prices. JTI partners extensively with High-Quality Domestic Aluminum Extrusion and Anodizing factories, Stainless Steel welding and production factories and also Electroplating factories with over decades of close working experience.

Zinc Alloy and Aluminum Die Casting Facility

We operate our own Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting
facility and in this facility we Die Cast mostly Handles,
Hinges, Bathroom Accessories and Zinc Faucets for the
high-end bathroom industry. This facility spans 13,000m2
and employs around 200 employees. Zinc Die Casting is an
important step into ensuring that High-Quality products
can be produced. You can say that it is the foundation into
producing High-Quality Handles, Hinges, Faucets and
Bathroom Accesories. We operate 2 types of Zinc Die
Casting machines. A 160 ton pressor and a 200 ton
pressor. We also have a tooling warehouse in this facility
where Tools are carefully stored and maintained by a team
of expert tooling maintenance engineers. All Die Casted
products go through our QC line on site to make sure they
are of intended specifications before they leave the facility
to its next process.

Automatic and Manual Polishing Facility

Our Polishing facility houses 26 mechanical robot
polishing machines and 8 automatic polishing machines.
Furthermore, we have 40 manual polishing lines
equipped with the expert and technical Manual Polishing
operators.

Our polishing operators are well trained and
have many years of experience, allowing our products to
be expertly polished and therefore, enabling us to
produce High-Quality products. Excessive polishing and
under polishing may lead to products not meeting
tolerances. Furthermore, excessive polishing and/or
under polishing or polishing with the wrong strength
and technique may tarnish the overall surface quality of
the product. Hence, we take a lot of care in this process
and make sure we recruit the most experienced manual
polishers for our polishing lines

CNC and Secondary Processing Facility

To diversify our product range, we invested in our own CNC and secondary processing plant. Our line of CNC machines can be
operated by autopilot and can cut and shape metal alloys and plastics into highly precise measurements. Our CNC machines are
capable for high performance precision work: with knife-to-knife exchange time of 1.8 seconds (60HZ), Spindle speed of 12000ROM
(OP15000ROM), and three-axis rapid traverse speed X.Y.Z = 48M/min. Furthermore, in our in-house secondary processing line, we
possess facilities such as: 45 Degree cutting machines, Punching machines, Drilling machines, Milling machines, Stamping machines
and Laser Logo Machines. These facilities combined with our expertise, management and control enable us to manufacture a lot of
High-Quality and diverse decorative hardware products.

Spray Painting and Powder Coating Facility

We operate our own Wet Painting and Powder Coating
Facility for High-End Products. This facility is state of the art and combined with our vast amounts of expertise we have; enables us to produce a very consistent and HighQuality surface finish for our products.

We use high performing ovens for our powder coating
lines with internal temperature control and calibration to
ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Our
site is operated with technicians that have decades of
experience in the wet painting and powder coating
industry. All surface treated products go through our
quality assurance line on-site before they leave for the
next production process.

Plastic Injection Molding

We operate our own Plastic Injection Facility. Our Plastic
Injection machines cater for a variety of plastic products
for the Bathroom, Kitchen, Household and Automotive
industry. We work with a series of plastic materials
including ABS, POM, EVA, PSU and PVC. We also have a
Tooling Warehouse on-site in our plastic injection facility
and is maintained by our expert team of tooling
engineers. Every single plastic product manufactured in
our facility will go through our quality assurance line to
ensure that they fit the standards and specifications of
our clients before they are sent to its next manufacturing process.

Electroplating Facility

We collaborate extensively with one of the most
experienced and qualified electroplating factory in
Guangdong. Most of our customers in the bathroom
industry require high surface specification requirements,
therefore, we collaborate with an Electroplater that is
specialized in the bathroom industry. The electroplating
line is fully automated and the bath chemical contents are
frequently and accurately calibrated in the lab to ensure
production standards. Furthermore, Our electroplated
products can pass 200 hours neutral spray test.
Our PVD partner have many years of technical expertise
and can cater for a variety of colors and ranges for the
high-end bathroom, household and kitchen industry.

Aluminum Extrusion and Anodizing Facility

Aluminum products is also a big part of our customer
base. We partner extensively with an aluminum profile
extrusion, polishing and anodizing factory to
manufacture aluminum profiles and aluminum based
accessories. We can achieve various high shiny gloss
rates and also different colors of aluminum profiles
through anodizing such as: Gold, Rose Gold, Black and
Grey. In most instances, we then send our aluminum
profiles to our CNC and secondary processing facilities
to cut and shape the profiles, or we send the aluminum
profiles to our spray painting or powder coating facility
to add an intended surface finish. Our aluminum profiles
can all pass a neutral spray test of 200 hours.

Stainless Steel Processing Facility

We also co-operate and partner with a Stainless Steel
polisher and welding facility that strives for the quality
that we demand. Our co-operation with this stainless
steel facility is very tight-knitted and therefore, we can
satisfy a lot of our customer demands by being able to
offer flexible raw material compositions of stainless steel
and brass. The stainless steel raw material is manually
polished carefully in this facility and then welded and
processed through any secondary processing if
necessary for its intended use. The end product results
in a lot of bathroom accessories such as: handles,
baskets and towel holders. Stainless Steel products
produced by us will pass 200hr neutral spray tests.

Glass Facility

We partner with one of the most reliable glass manufacturers in the region for our bathroom enclosures, wardrobes and shelfs. Our tempered glass is made from High-Quality float glass. Furthermore, we can also plate a lot of patterns on the glass with the now existing vacuum magnetron technology. We can also make curved glass which is
suitable for many styles of bathroom enclosures and
closets. Our manufactured glass will go through a CCC test. We will
break a 50x50cm piece of glass, and if the number of
broken fragments are 80-135pcs and between a 4-10mm
thickness, only then is our glass considered safe to pass.

Assembly Line, Laboratory and Quality Control 

Our Product Assembly Lines and Quality Assurance facilities are one of the most integral components of our company. As we supply
products to high-end customers, our quality assurance must be on point at every stage of the production cycle. Not only are product
tolerances of utmost importance but the surface quality and the assembly ‘feel and function’ of the product must be of specified
quality as well. As products go through our assembly lines, front-line workers must be able to recognize defects as well as being able
to assemble products as efficiently as possible. This is no easy task. Therefore, extensive staff training and experience is needed for all
our assembly lines. We are very proud of our assembly lines as it takes special care, experience, expertise and training to cultivate
such skillful and attentive front-line workers, so that products are assembled as efficiently as possible, and that quality assurance is
kept at the strictest levels. Furthermore, we have invested a lot in our laboratory for Quality Assurance tests. Our Laboratory
Equipment includes and are not limited to: Salt Spray Test (NSS/ASS/NASS), Measurement of Electroplating Layer Thickness, Cross Cut
Test, Hardness Test, Adherence Test, Dimensional Measurement by Projector, Drop Tests, Endurance tests, Thermal Shock Test, Water
Sealing Test, Test of resistance to conventional bathroom cleaning products etc.
